As part of a two-part series, I am excited to share with you the first 11 tips of my Top 30 Tips to living your best life ever.  In honor of me turning 30 and entering into a new chapter of my life in which I am fully healed and recovered from the trauma I endured from diet culture, I saw it fit that I share with you some of the biggest tips that got me to the place where I am today.
I wanted to do this all as one episode, but I tend to get excited and expand more when it comes to things that I'm really passionate, and helping you overcome your fear of food and fight with your body is one of them.  So of course, I had to do this in a two-part series.
In this episode you will learn about some of the most important steps I took to heal my own body and to fully step into my own.  It took a lot of work to get to the place that I am today, both mentally and physically, and I want to share how I did that with you.  Although these are just the first 11 of 30 tips, they are extremely valuable and each of them are something I fully believe in incorporating into your every day life.  In order to grow, you must be willing to try something  new.
When you listen to this episode, have an open mind and allow yourself to imagine what your best life might look like.  I use a lot of personal examples in this episode to really illustrate each tip so that you can fully understand it and implement it into your own life.  This is not just for people who have body image issues or who are struggling with food.  These tips are for EVERY  person who wants to live their best life!  These tips are in no particular order, they're just listed as the way they popped into my head.  So the first tip isn't REALLY my aboslute Number One Top Tip, if you get what I'm saying.

8. Stop taking yourself so seriously
9. Be more flexible - allow for more flow in your life
10. Improve your environment
11. Get out of your comfort zone - try something new once in awhile
