If you truly want to transform and become the best version of you to dominate your game, you need to be aware of what's happening right now, in the present moment. In this episode, Jamie explains why this is so important & how you can start doing this to become unstoppable.
*Before we begin to enhance our power & even before we're able to access our power, we have to be in the present moment.
*Awareness & being in the present moment is so important to become successful & to dominate your game.
*Let go of the idea that you have any sense of control, because you don't.
*To be able to get to where we wanna go, we have to be aware of what you're thinking, feeling, & being every moment. You can't just be going on autopilot.
*Be fully immersed in wherever you are NOW.
*When you're fully present in the moment, you will see how many things are actually happening at all times. SO MUCH is happening in and around you!
*You are losing valuable lessons that are happening NOW when you aren't immersed in the present moment.
*You can't be in all places at once. The only place you can be is where you are NOW.
*You will not be able to push past your limits to enhance your power until you process old emotional & physical pain & trauma that are trapped in your body.
*We have a fear that if we shine too brightly, we'll piss other people off, we'll lose them. We think that people won't love us anymore if we reach our full potential. That's not true.
*Imagine how amazing your life would be if you were so obsessed with every single moment of every single day.
*Stop worrying about the things that are so far in the future. Focus on taking care of the moment that you're in right now. Trust that each moment is going to be better than the last.
*You must accept where you are right now to be able to get to the level you want to get to. Where you are now is necessary for you to get to the next level - there is GROWTH happening right now that MUST happen to prepare you for that next level.
